About This Role
As Operations Coordinator at StyleBuddy, you'll be the backbone of our service delivery — coordinating stylist and coach schedules, managing client bookings, handling logistics, and ensuring every client has a seamless experience from booking to session completion. This role is perfect for organized, detail-oriented professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily scheduling of stylists, grooming consultants, and coaches across cities
- Handle client booking confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups
- Coordinate logistics for shopping trips, wardrobe sessions, and corporate workshops
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure backup coverage
- Maintain CRM records and update client databases
- Process payments, invoicing, and financial reconciliation
- Liaise between clients, stylists, and management for smooth operations
- Generate weekly reports on booking volume, client satisfaction, and stylist performance
What You Need
- 2+ years of experience in operations, client management, or service coordination
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills — phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Proficiency with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and scheduling software
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Experience in hospitality, event management, or service industry operations
- Familiarity with booking and payment platforms
- Knowledge of the styling or wellness industry
- Hindi and English fluency (additional languages a plus)
