About This Role
As a Communication Coach at StyleBuddy, you'll help clients master the art of effective communication — from public speaking and storytelling to executive presence and vocal modulation. You'll work with professionals, entrepreneurs, and individuals looking to improve their verbal and non-verbal communication skills for career advancement and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one communication coaching sessions
- Coach clients on public speaking, presentation skills, and storytelling
- Train on executive presence, vocal modulation, and articulation
- Conduct corporate communication workshops for teams
- Help clients improve active listening and conversation skills
- Design personalized communication improvement plans
- Record and review client practice sessions for feedback
- Collaborate with confidence coaches for integrated transformation programs
What You Need
- 3+ years of experience in communication coaching, public speaking training, or corporate training
- Excellent command of English and Hindi communication
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Experience with diverse professional audiences
- Patient, encouraging coaching style with measurable outcomes
Nice to Have
- Toastmasters or Dale Carnegie certification
- Background in journalism, theater, or broadcast media
- Experience coaching CXOs and senior executives
- Published content on communication skills
