    Welcome to StyleBuddy, owned and operated by Strike A Pose Fashion India Pvt. Ltd., registered at 944, Sushant Lok Phase-1, Gurugram, Haryana, India. By accessing or using the StyleBuddy platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

    1. Definitions

    • "Platform" refers to the StyleBuddy website, mobile application, and all associated services.
    • "User" refers to any person who accesses, browses, or uses the Platform.
    • "Services" refers to all styling, grooming, confidence training, communication coaching, etiquette training, and related services offered through the Platform.
    • "Service Provider" / "Stylist" refers to professionals engaged by StyleBuddy to deliver the Services.

    2. Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

    3. Services

    StyleBuddy provides personal styling, wardrobe makeover, wedding styling, personal shopping, grooming, confidence training, communication coaching, etiquette training, and related transformation services. Services may be delivered in-person, online, or through a hybrid model depending on the package selected. We reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue any Services at any time without prior notice.

    4. Booking & Payment

    • All bookings must be confirmed with the applicable payment as specified on the Platform or communicated by our team.
    • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of booking confirmation shall apply.
    • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. StyleBuddy does not store your payment card details.

    5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

    • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
    • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session may be subject to a cancellation fee.
    • No-shows will not be eligible for refunds.
    • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.
    • StyleBuddy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

    6. User Obligations

    • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using the Platform.
    • You shall not misuse the Platform or Services in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Platform.
    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
    • You agree to treat Service Providers with respect and dignity during all interactions.

    7. Intellectual Property

    All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software — is the property of StyleBuddy or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent from StyleBuddy.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    StyleBuddy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform or Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

    9. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StyleBuddy, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

    10. Third-Party Links

    The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. StyleBuddy is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such third-party sites. Accessing these links is at your own risk.

    11. Modifications

    StyleBuddy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

    12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Haryana, India.
