About This Role
As a Senior Fashion Stylist at StyleBuddy, you'll lead one-on-one personal styling consultations, wedding styling sessions, wardrobe makeovers, and corporate event styling for clients across India. You'll work closely with our team of image consultants and personal shoppers to deliver end-to-end transformation experiences. This is a leadership role where you'll mentor junior stylists while building long-term client relationships with high-net-worth individuals, celebrities, and corporate professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct personal styling consultations including body type analysis, color analysis, and wardrobe assessment
- Style clients for weddings, corporate events, photoshoots, and everyday occasions
- Lead wardrobe makeover sessions — declutter, organize, and rebuild client wardrobes
- Accompany clients on personal shopping trips to curate complete looks
- Mentor junior stylists and contribute to StyleBuddy's styling playbooks
- Maintain detailed client profiles and deliver personalized style recommendations
- Stay updated on fashion trends, luxury brands, and seasonal collections
- Achieve high client satisfaction ratings and drive repeat bookings
What You Need
- 4+ years of professional fashion styling experience
- Strong understanding of body types, color theory, and proportion dressing
- Experience with wedding styling, corporate dressing, and personal shopping
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
- Portfolio showcasing diverse styling work across occasions
- Willingness to travel within assigned cities for client sessions
Nice to Have
- Degree from NIFT, Pearl Academy, or equivalent fashion institute
- Experience with celebrity or editorial styling
- Knowledge of luxury fashion brands and Indian designer labels
- Existing client base or social media following in fashion
