Confidence & Body Language Coach Job Opening

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one confidence coaching sessions for individuals
• Conduct body language workshops covering posture, gestures, eye contact, and spatial awareness
• Design and deliver corporate confidence training programs for teams
• Coach clients on power posing, vocal projection, and assertive communication
• Help clients overcome social anxiety, imposter syndrome, and self-doubt
• Create personalized confidence-building action plans with measurable milestones
• Collaborate with stylists and grooming experts for holistic client transformation
• Track client progress and adjust coaching strategies accordingly

What You Need

• 3+ years of experience in confidence coaching, life coaching, or corporate training
• Strong understanding of body language, non-verbal communication, and NLP techniques
• Excellent public speaking and facilitation skills
• Empathetic and client-centric approach with active listening skills
• Ability to work with diverse audiences — executives, students, entrepreneurs

Nice to Have

• ICF, NLP, or equivalent coaching certification
• Background in psychology, counseling, or behavioral science
• Published content or workshops on confidence and body language
• Experience with virtual coaching platforms
