About This Role
As Content & Social Media Manager at StyleBuddy, you'll own the brand's content strategy across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and the blog. You'll create engaging content that showcases personal styling transformations, grooming tips, confidence coaching stories, and client testimonials — driving brand awareness and lead generation for India's top personal transformation company.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content strategy across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and blog
- Create and schedule daily social media posts — reels, carousels, stories, and static posts
- Write SEO-optimized blog articles on styling, grooming, confidence, and fashion trends
- Document client transformations through before-after content (with permission)
- Manage community engagement — comments, DMs, and influencer collaborations
- Track content performance metrics and optimize based on data
- Collaborate with stylists and coaches to create educational content
- Plan and execute social media campaigns for seasonal promotions
What You Need
- 3+ years of experience in social media management and content creation
- Strong writing skills — both short-form (social) and long-form (blog)
- Proficiency with design tools (Canva, Figma) and video editing
- Understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social media algorithms
- Portfolio of social media accounts or brands you've managed
Nice to Have
- Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or personal branding content
- Photography and videography skills
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and brand collaborations
- Knowledge of the Indian fashion and styling industry
