About This Role
As a freelance Confidence & Communication Coach at StyleBuddy, you'll deliver one-on-one and group coaching sessions covering confidence building, body language mastery, public speaking, communication skills, and executive presence. This role combines the flexibility of freelance work with the client pipeline and brand credibility of India's leading personal transformation company.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one confidence coaching and communication training sessions
- Conduct body language workshops covering posture, gestures, and non-verbal communication
- Coach clients on public speaking, storytelling, and vocal modulation
- Help clients overcome social anxiety, imposter syndrome, and self-doubt
- Design and deliver corporate confidence and communication workshops
- Create personalized coaching plans with measurable milestones
- Conduct virtual coaching sessions for clients across India and internationally
- Collaborate with StyleBuddy's styling and grooming experts for holistic transformation
What You Need
- 3+ years of experience in confidence coaching, communication training, or corporate training
- Strong understanding of body language, NLP, and assertive communication techniques
- Excellent public speaking and facilitation skills
- Empathetic coaching style with active listening abilities
- Ability to work with diverse audiences — executives, students, entrepreneurs
Nice to Have
- ICF, NLP, or Toastmasters certification
- Background in psychology, counseling, or behavioral science
- Published content or workshops on confidence and communication
- Experience coaching CXOs and senior executives
