I am Aditi , called out as ADI by many friends - have gracefully reached the milestone age of 50 and it might sound " we have heard it before" that I dont look 50 as yet ! World of fashion always attracted me which led me to do a Masters in Fabric & Apparel sciences from Delhi University. My keen eye for detail took me to various production houses working for the overseas market where i dipped my hands in all kind of product - garments , home furnishings , leather , fashion & life style accessories .While I loved my work, stagnancy had started to set in. Work seemed very monotonous & repetitive. At this time, I decided to quit my job to give myself a window to re begin. This made me launch my own D2C leather accessories brand "THE LEATHER STORY" in 2020. Meanwhile, I am also running my sourcing company for kidswear for the US market. When I am not working, I like to read books, cook, play with my furry baby along with my 6 year old daughter or binge watch NETFLIX. My hobbies provide me with inspiration to innovate, enable me to broaden my horizons, and help me improve my concentration.

My passion for clothes, shoes, and accessories have helped me build my own reality – a successful career in product development , Sourcing & merchandising with reputed production companies as well as with one of the leading apparel/accessories’ sourcing firms in India. I used a coaching leadership style to motivate and mentor my team members to help them achieve over and above what they think is possiblle. Styling & shopping comes very naturally to me and since my college days ( which seems eons back) I have been stling & shopping with my friends & relatives. Whether a friend wants to know what color to wear or a neighnour wants a saree like mine - I am around.
