AI brand discovery with Stylebuddy

Start with an idea, occasion, mood, or problem instead of a product name.

Stylebuddy is the conversational discovery layer for the Seen Unseen storefront. Ask for an outfit for a specific occasion, help choosing between styles, ideas within a budget, or products that match a particular fit and aesthetic. The conversation turns a broad request into a focused direction using the brand catalogue and the context you share.

How it works

1Describe what you want to wear, solve, or explore
2Review the suggested direction and relevant products
3Ask follow-up questions to refine the result

Why it matters

Less time spent searching and a clearer path from inspiration to a confident shortlist.

Available

Context-aware styling conversation

Keep the reason behind a recommendation close to the product.

The storefront is designed for an ongoing conversation rather than a one-time search. Explain your preferences, ask why a product fits your brief, compare alternatives, and adjust the direction when your needs change. This makes recommendations easier to understand and act on.

How it works

1Share your occasion, fit, colour, budget, or wardrobe context
2Ask Stylebuddy to explain, compare, or adjust the recommendation
3Open suggested products without losing the conversation context

Why it matters

Recommendations feel more useful because they are connected to your actual intent.

Available

Personalised style preferences

Give the storefront a better understanding of your style over time.

Your style profile can capture fit preferences, lifestyle, body profile, favourite categories, colours, and the occasions you dress for. This context helps StyleBuddy move beyond generic catalogue results and make suggestions that are more specific to you.

How it works

1Complete or update your style profile
2Tell Stylebuddy what matters for this shopping mission
3Use the profile context across future conversations

Why it matters

A more consistent experience across different visits and shopping goals.

Available

Catalogue browsing and smart search

Explore the brand catalogue by category, need, and product intent.

Browse Seen Unseen's catalogue, search for a specific item, and move through relevant categories without leaving the storefront. Product discovery combines the live catalogue with styling context, so shoppers can narrow down options while considering fit, combinations, occasions, and wardrobe use.

How it works

1Browse the live catalogue or search for a product
2Use available categories and filters to narrow the set
3Open a product to inspect details and continue shopping

Why it matters

A shorter route from a broad idea to products worth considering.

Available

Product context and decision support

Understand why an item may work before you decide.

Product cards bring the catalogue into the styling journey. Alongside the product itself, the storefront can help you think through combinations, occasions, colours, silhouettes, and practical trade-offs. This is useful when several products look similar or when you need confidence that an item fits your original brief.

How it works

1Open a product from search, category browsing, or Stylebuddy's suggestions
2Review the product information and styling context
3Compare options or ask a follow-up question before deciding

Why it matters

More informed product decisions with the relevant context in one place.

Available

Saved items and shortlist building

Collect promising options while you explore.

Save products that match your direction so you can return to them later, compare them, or discuss the shortlist with Stylebuddy. A saved list is useful when shopping for an event, building a wardrobe, or waiting before committing to a purchase.

How it works

1Save products that fit your brief
2Return to saved items when you are ready to compare
3Remove options that no longer match your direction

Why it matters

A practical shortlist instead of a scattered set of browser tabs.

Available

Shopping bag and brand handoff

Keep selected products together while you make the final choice.

Use the shopping bag to hold products you are ready to consider together. The storefront supports discovery and decision-making; when the journey continues to the brand website, the brand remains the destination for checkout and fulfilment.

How it works

1Add selected products to your bag
2Review the selection and revisit details when needed
3Continue to the available brand shopping or checkout flow

Why it matters

A smoother handoff from assisted discovery to the brand's purchase journey.

Available

Account continuity and conversation history

Continue a styling journey without starting over.

Signed-in shoppers can retain useful context across sessions, including previous styling conversations and saved decisions. This is helpful when a purchase takes time, when you are waiting for an event, or when you want to revisit why a product was recommended.
